totally rad stay!
stylish hotel really good location
I really enjoyed the stylish hotel! there was a catwalk for our room that overlooked the city. the location was really good. It was super close to the louvre. museums, restaurants and cafes are easy to get to.
my only issue was that not all listed amenities were available. i waited two hours for an iron only to hear from staff they couldn't find it!

the hotel is near the pyramides or palais royal metro stops. saint-honore street is on the corner! the louvre pyramid is about two blocks away. it's a chic area.

I appreciated the hotel's location near the Louvre (it was only a short walk). My room featured a small balcony. The towels were particularly soft (I found that luxurious).
The hallways showed some signs of wear.

prime location friendly staff espresso machine unpaid bill hallway stairs broken television
i finded a prime location that allowed effortless sightseeing. friendly staffs gave helpful direction when asked. the room did have an espresso machine that i used daily.
upon check-in, they said i hadnt payed even though i did. the hallways in my section had stairs that wasnt expected. the television didnt worked at all, it had no signal.

convenient location breakfast selection modern design elevator delays limited menu street noise
The hotel location was convenient for accessing many attractions. The breakfast selection included a variety of options. The room had a modern design and felt very spacious (I especially liked the high ceilings).
The elevators experienced some delays during peak hours. The room service menu was somewhat limited. The noise from the street was noticeable at times, especially in the early morning.

The location was perfect. It was close to many attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially at reception. They assisted me with directions and recommendations.
The bottled water was not secure. I received a refillable bottle with tap water. The air conditioning was seasonal. It was not on , a problem.

excellent location clean room attentive staff
The location is excellent. It is very close to everything. the room was very clean and well-kept. the staff was eager to assist and ensured i enjoyed my stay.
The heated towel rail did not work and i had to ask multiple times for it to be fixed. It was inconvenient!
