The location was perfect. It was close to many attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially at reception. They assisted me with directions and recommendations.
The bottled water was not secure. I received a refillable bottle with tap water. The air conditioning was seasonal. It was not on , a problem.

The location is excellent. It is very close to everything. the room was very clean and well-kept. the staff was eager to assist and ensured i enjoyed my stay.
The heated towel rail did not work and i had to ask multiple times for it to be fixed. It was inconvenient!
